When will my piece ship?

Every in-stock item is ready to ship within 2 - 3 business days.

If a piece requires any adjustments such as sizing, re-finishing, or other customizations, please allow 1 - 2 weeks before shipping.

What does my piece ship in?

Items under $500 ship in a kraft jewellery box or velvet pouch in order to keep shipping costs down.

Items over $500 will ship in a velvet jewellery box.

Shipping Domestic

All items ship via Canada Post. You can select your shipping preference during checkout. Some items, like wedding and engagement rings, are limited to specific conditions. If you have a concern in terms of insurance or expedited shipping, please contact me before your order is placed.

Shipping International

All items ship via Canada Post or FedEx. You can select your shipping preference during checkout. Some items, like wedding and engagement rings, are limited to specific conditions. If you have a concern in terms of insurance or expedited shipping, please contact me before your order is placed. Custom fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

Return Policies

My number one goal is to make sure that you are happy with your finished piece - custom or readymade. With every piece of jewellery, we aim to offer as much information as possible - images, descriptions, as well as videos and certifications upon request.

*Please note that all SALE items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.*

Collections & In-Stock Items

If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it within 10 days of receipt. If you are shipping the item, I am happy to provide you with a shipping label and refund you the item cost (less the shipping) once it has been received.

We don't offer returns/refunds to orders shipped outside Canada.
Returns are only applicable to items that have not been sized or adjusted.
Items must be in their original packaging and condition. No exchanges will be issued if the piece(s) have been damaged, worn and/or poorly cared for after the purchase.


Custom

Custom orders are final sale and are not non-refundable, as they are made from scratch specifically for you. I take great steps to make sure every detail is confirmed along the entire custom process so you are entirely confident in what you are receiving.
