Can I customize this piece?
Absolutely! Every piece has the potential to tell a story uniquely your own. Some pieces can be directly customized through our store: simply select the options available in the dropdown menus (like metal, stone shape, finish, etc.). If you have something truly special in mind, we’d love to collaborate with you. Please reach out here to bring your vision to life. Our "loose gemstones" section also allows you to swap out the center stone for something that speaks to you. There are some limitations based on your chosen setting, but we’re happy to work with you to craft something extraordinary.
Can I get this in a different ring size?
Of course! The sizes listed in our store are just a starting point. We can remake any piece to fit you perfectly. Whether it’s a gift for someone else or a personal indulgence, just reach out to us here with your sizing needs.
Do you offer any guarantees or insurance on your pieces?
 I am committed to crafting jewellery of the highest quality, and I stand behind every piece I create. My designs are built to last, and should any issues arise with the craftsmanship or materials, I will happily repair your piece within a reasonable timeframe. However, normal wear-and-tear, accidents, or damages resulting from neglect are not covered under this guarantee. If you ever need repairs or adjustments, I'm here to guide you and make sure your jewellery continues to shine for years to come.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my ring size?
The best way to get an accurate ring size is to come see me in person! If that's not possible, visit a professional jeweller near you who can size your finger properly. If you’re looking for something more immediate or can't access the first 2 options, you can also order a sizer from me to ensure the perfect fit. Don’t forget: if the piece is a gift for someone else, it’s always best to consult with a jeweller, or even sneakily borrow one of their rings to find out. Visit our detailed size guide here.
What if the size I ordered doesn’t fit?
We want your piece to feel as good as it looks. If your ring doesn’t fit, just let us know! We’ll do everything in our power to help you get the perfect size. Custom work can sometimes take a little longer, but we’ll guide you through every step.
Timelines & Production
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Here’s a quick guide to our production timelines:
Ready to Ship: 1-3 days (pieces that are already made and ready to go)
Made to Order: 1-3 weeks (includes customization options like size, metal, or stone shape from our existing collection)
Custom: 4-10 weeks (fully bespoke pieces, crafted from scratch with your unique specifications)
Each product will be tagged appropriately with one of the 3 production timelines above.
If you need your piece sooner, just reach out. We can often accommodate rush orders for an additional fee.
Care & Maintenance
How do I care for my jewellery?
Jewellery is made to last, but it thrives on a little care and attention. Treat your pieces as the heirlooms they’re destined to become. Keep them away from harsh chemicals, lotions, and extreme environments (like gardens or deep lakes). When not in use, store your jewellery in something soft to avoid scratching. We recommend removing your pieces when showering, sleeping, or hitting the gym.
To clean your jewellery, mix a paste using a 1:1:1 ratio of hot water, dish soap, and fine baking soda. Gently scrub around the settings with an old toothbrush, then rinse thoroughly. For plated and filled pieces, be mindful of moisture and chemicals like chlorine, perfume, and hairspray. Plating will wear over time, but regular care can help it stay gleaming longer.
Will my jewellery tarnish or change colour over time?
 All metals evolve. It’s part of the charm! Sterling silver may darken, gold may dull, but that’s simply your piece settling into its own story. In fact, daily wear can keep pieces bright, as the oils from your skin help maintain their luster. A gentle polish with a soft cloth can bring back the glow whenever you feel it’s needed.

I craft each piece with care and attention, and the best things in life aren’t rushed. Please refer to the timelines above for the expected production and shipping timeframes:

Everyday Wear & Durability
Is this piece suitable for everyday wear?
Yes, absolutely! My jewellery is crafted with heirloom-quality materials, designed to stand the test of time. It will evolve with you through the seasons of your life. However, I recommend removing your pieces during certain activities—like sleeping, showering, or at the gym—to ensure their longevity. And of course, trust your judgment—your jewellery will tell you when it needs a rest.
Can I wear this piece while doing physical activities like yoga, running or weightlifting?
While my pieces are built to endure, we recommend being mindful of the activities you’re engaging in. Vigorous physical activity can expose jewellery to stress and damage. Remove your pieces for activities like running, yoga, or anything that might cause friction or impact, and they’ll stay beautiful longer.
Custom Inquiries
Do you offer appraisals for insurance?
Yes, appraisals are available upon request for pieces valued at $1,000 or more, especially those containing diamonds and some other precious gems. The appraisal will include a detailed breakdown of the materials and specifications, including the metal karat, weight, stone measurements, and the insurance replacement value. If you need an appraisal, please allow 1-2 weeks on top of the production timeline for shipping or pick up. For pieces over $2,000 I am happy to provide this at no extra cost, and it can be added to your homeowner’s or tenant’s insurance plan for peace of mind.
Can I use family gold or stones in my design?
Yes, I believe in the sentimental power of heirlooms. If you have gold, diamonds, or other precious stones from a family piece, I'm happy to incorporate them into your new design. Whether it’s reworking an old ring or transforming a stone into a completely new piece, I can help you create something meaningful that honors the past while embracing the future. What if my budget is limited? Can I still work with you?
I understand that budget is an important consideration, and I want you to feel comfortable throughout the design process. If your budget is limited, don’t worry. I can work with you to create a piece that fits your financial needs. From helping you choose alternative materials to offering flexible payment options, my goal is to ensure you feel like you're making a meaningful investment, no matter your budget. Every piece I create is made with love and care, and I'll help you find the perfect balance of beauty and affordability.
Can I include my partner or a family member in the design process?
Absolutely! I love when there is mutual collaboration involved in the design of a piece.
