My number one goal is to make sure that you are happy with your finished piece - custom or readymade. With every piece of jewellery, we aim to offer as much information as possible - images, descriptions, as well as videos and certifications upon request/availability.Â
ALL items marked On Sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.
We do not offer returns/refunds to orders shipped outside North America.Â
Ready to Ship
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be in their original packaging and condition. No exchanges will be issued if the piece(s) have been damaged and/or poorly cared for after the purchase.
Returns/refunds are only applicable to items that have not been sized or adjusted. Â

Made to Order

Custom items are final sale and are non-refundable, as they are made from scratch specifically for you. I take great steps to make sure every detail is confirmed along the entire custom process so you are entirely confident in what you are receiving.Â
