Shipping policy

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Here’s a quick guide to our production timelines:

Ready to Ship: 1-3 days (pieces that are already made and ready to go)
Made to Order: 1-3 weeks (includes customization options like size, metal, or stone shape from our existing collection)
Custom: 4-10 weeks (fully bespoke pieces, crafted from scratch with your unique specifications)

Each product will be tagged appropriately with one of the 3 production timelines above.

Please note that any pieces purchased with Afterpay will only be shipped out once payment is complete.

If you need your piece sooner, just reach out. We can often accommodate rush orders for an additional fee.

What does my piece ship in?
All items are padded and protected using recyled and second-use packaging materials to help reduce our carbon footprint. 

Every Liane Vaz Designs shipment comes with the piece in a jewellery box, a business card, a postcard, and a thank you note.

Items under $500
In order to keep your shipping costs reasonable, all items under $500 ship in a slim-profile black paperboard jewellery box or velvet pouch. The box(es) will be padded and protected by recycled paper in either a bubble mailer or cardboard box. 

Items over $500
Along with insurance and tracking, items over $500 will ship in a velvet jewellery box. The box(es) will then be shipped in a cardboard box protected by recycled paper padding.

Shipping within Canada
All items ship (with the exclusion of Ring Sizers) via Canada Post Expedited with tracking and insurance. Overnight shipping is available by request.
Ring Sizers are shipped via Lettermail.

Shipping International
All items ship via Canada Post Expedited or FedEx Priority, both options include tracking and insurance. Overnight shipping is available by request.
Please note: when shipping across borders, customs may add on a day or two in order to check all the appropriate paperwork. It’s a good idea to plan in advance for critical timeline purchases. International purchases are also subject to import duties, taxes and charges that aren’t included in the shipping fees and are the client’s responsibility.
